Q: Hi, I was wondering if anyone was in or could help with my situation. I had a job with an employer who had registered me with tax. The job I had was on a casual basis, and eventually neither of us contacted eachother. I never got on well with the employer but I now want to apply for a job elsewhere and have no P45. How do I get my P45 without having to talk to my employer?
A: use a soliciter... no other way really without talking to him...
