A: In the grand scheme of things, you can't deny the fact that we are still in a bear market. The charts are showing a downtrend for the major indexes. Having said that, in a bear market, there are very sharp and fast rallies that do occur, and right now is probably one of them. This could be a temporary bottom that we can trade to the upside.
